Our Shipping Policy
Local Orders (Delivery Within South Africa):
- We do our absolute best to ship all orders within 2-3 business days following receipt of the order (including payment) using The Courier Guy as our preferred shipping partner.
- Please do note that Framed Prints typically have a longer lead time as these products are only framed post receipt and payment of your order. We typically provide up to 2 weeks for our framing service but occasionally are able to expedite this process. Please do not hesitate to contact us with a special request and we will attempt to accommodate you.
- Any personalised or bespoke orders have an average lead time of 2-3 weeks (although we do our absolute best to achieve a shorter timeframe).
- Unforeseen events do occur, and should we run into any unexpected delays, we will contact you privately and will keep you updated on the expected delivery time of your order.
- We pride ourselves on prompt communication and flexibility in different situations - if you have a question or a specific request - please reach out to us for assistance.
- All International Orders are quoted on a case-by-case basis (as the shipping cost is dependent on your delivery address) - once we receive your order, we will contact you privately to finalise your order following which we will be able to provide you with an expected delivery time.
